WHAT IS THE FUNDRAISER?
We are super excited to announce that we are kicking off our first fundraiser of the season,
The T-Shirt Fundraiser!
As many of you know, there are two ways to be a part of DMA and that is through our Academy program or our Elite program by being a part of the varying Companies.
Last season during the NYCDA National Convention, the Companies earned our studio the award of 2021 National Outstanding Studio and we are super proud to share that distinction with every dancer we serve!
Whether an Academy or Company dancer, we work very hard to pour our love and passion for dance into each child we serve not only helping them to be an Outstanding Dancer but more importantly helping them to be the best person they can be with Exemplary Character & Leadership.

Purpose:
To raise money to help with the relocation of the studio. Any remaining funds will be used to secure the recital venue, Symphony Hall.

How
Each dancer will seek a minimum of 20 sponsors and ask them to donate $25.00 towards their fundraising goal. Each sponsor will be listed on the back of the dancer’s shirt. If a family has more than one dancer they may choose to work together to raise $500.00 collectively or allow each dancer to raise $500.00 individually.
Funds and Sponsors’ Names Due

Each dancer will turn in their funds raised, T-Shirt payment, T-Shirt Form, Sponsorship Form, and a separate document with their name and their sponsors’ names typed the day they come to class. All funds and forms must be submitted by October 17, 2021.

Each family that participates in the fundraiser will have an opportunity to win the following in a Raffle:

Giveaways from Local Restaurants: Open to all Fundraiser Participants

Waived $50.00 2022-2023 Registration Fees: Open to families who raise a minimum of $500.00. A random Academy Dancer from each class and a random Company Dancer from each company will be winners.

Free Private from DMA Outstanding Teachers: Open to families who raise $750.00 or more.

Funds Applied to Monthly Tuition: Open to All Families who raise over $1,000.00. Funds raised over $1,000.00 will be applied to the dancer’s monthly Tuition.

FAQS
1. Can I purchase extra t-shirts?
Yes, you can purchase extra t-shirts. Just submit another $25 and include it with your forms and payment. There may be an extra charge for shirts larger than an XL. Email jenay.dancemakersatlanta@gmail.com for the price.
2. Can I secure more than 20 sponsors?
Yes! We hope that you will secure as many sponsors as possible. $500.00 is the minimum goal to reach. Any funds raised over $1,000.00 will go towards your tuition. So it benefits your dancer(s) to secure as many sponsors as possible!
3. What kind of shirts are being used?
They are unisex 100% Polyester shirts. Sizes are Child/Youth Small - Adult XL. We are using a different printing service (sublimation) which allows for more vibrant colors and the design to last for a very long time (printer stated forever!).
4. How will the funds be used?
All funds from the fundraiser will be used to help with relocation of the studio. Any funds leftover will go towards securing The Symphony Hall for the 2022 Spring Recital.
5. What forms of payment should be used to turn in funds raised?
Funds may be submitted to the Front Desk via cash, cashier's check or money order.
6. Is the minimum goal of $500.00 per dancer or family ?
The $500.00 minimum goal is per family. However a family with more than one dancer may elect for each dancer to raise their funds individually. Remember any funds raised over $1,000.00 will go towards the monthly tuition.
7. Is it mandatory to raise a minimum of $500.00?
No, it is not mandatory for families to raise a minimum of $500.00. However, for each family or dancer that raises $500.00 or more will have an opportunity to win the following:

8. Is it mandatory for each family to participate?
No, it is not mandatory for each family to participate. It is our hope and expectation that each family will participate. By each family participating it not only helps provide for an outstanding location for the Studio and upcoming recital venue, but each family that participates has an opportunity to *Win Giveaways from Local Restaurants*.
